Please give generously to the Salvation Army Bell Ringers out this Christmas Season. They started last Friday and will be outside ringing until right before Christmas. This donation will strongly benefit the Help Center here in Mexico. Hint: Change goes a long way as well as currency.
December is the month to give to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Our goal is $2,000 this year. The theme is The Gospel Resounds. December 4-11, 2016 is the Week of Prayer for International Missions. Envelopes and prayer guides are available at the church.
This Christmas Season Centennial will be participating in the Angel Tree Cross-Community Partnerships. For more than 30 years Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree Program has matched prisoner's children with churches who deliver Christmas gifts, the Gospel, and a message of love on behalf of their mom or dad behind bars. This is where opportunity meets resources.
For about a month now during the Sunday Morning Service Pastor Bryce has challenged all kids in the service to take a week and bring him something (one or two items) that he can tell a Bible story about for a few minutes on Sunday mornings. So far Pastor Bryce Bryce has not been "stumped" by anything. There are 3 rules for items brought in weekly. Bring your kids over to find out what those rules are and to participate in the challenge to our kids. We put this on the order of services in the bulletin and call it Children's Message or Pastor's Pals.
Kids.............up to 5th grade!
